Led by a licensed contractor and real estate agent
Our founder, Hector Pineyro, is a licensed residential contractor and licensed Georgia real estate agent — prepared to assist with sourcing as well as building.
We offer services for the life of your project: permits, drawings, architectural design, interior design, landscaping, real estate purchase and sales, and all phases of construction. Whether you are building a new home, remodeling an existing one, or adding an accessory dwelling unit, the same firm carries it from first sketch to punch list.
Because Hector is also an agent, clients often come to us before they own anything. We look at lots and houses with them and answer the question that decides everything: what can actually be built here, and what will it cost? That is far cheaper to learn before closing than after.
