A finished house on an unfinished lot is only half a project. We handle grading, drainage and outdoor living so the yard is done the same week the punch list is.
Georgia clay and Atlanta's slopes make water the first priority. We set final grades away from the foundation, install French drains, catch basins and downspout extensions where the lot needs them, and stabilize slopes before anything decorative goes in.
On top of that we build the outdoor rooms: decks, screened porches, patios, retaining walls, walkways, driveways and parking pads, plus fencing, sod, beds and planting. Because it is the same contractor who built or remodeled the house, the hardscape ties into the architecture instead of fighting it.
For new builds and additions, landscaping is scheduled as the last construction phase — after heavy equipment is off the lot, so the work is not driven over twice.
