Buying a house or a lot is a construction decision as much as a real estate one. Having a builder and an agent in the same person means the numbers you are shown before you make an offer are the numbers a contractor is willing to stand behind.
For buyers, we walk the property with you and tell you what the renovation, addition or ground-up build will realistically cost — including the things inspectors flag but rarely price: foundations, roofs, wiring, drainage, and whether the lot can legally support what you have in mind.
For sellers, we advise on which improvements actually return money at closing and which do not, complete that work with our own crews, and list and market the property when it is ready. Se habla español, and references are available on request.
