A new house is the largest project most families ever take on. We keep it under one licensed contractor from the first sketch to the final walk-through, so there is one person accountable for the schedule, the budget and the quality of the work.
We build on lots our clients already own and on lots we help them find — our founder Hector Pineyro is a licensed Georgia real estate agent as well as a licensed residential contractor, so sourcing and building can be handled by the same team. That matters most on infill lots, where slope, trees, sewer access and setbacks decide what can actually be built before a single drawing is worth paying for.
From there we take the project through design and drawings, permitting, site work and foundations, framing, roofing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, insulation and drywall, cabinetry, trim and finish carpentry, and finally landscaping and the punch list. You approve selections as we go, and you see the same faces on site every week.
We are equally comfortable with a straightforward suburban build in Cobb or Gwinnett and with a tight intown lot in a historic district that requires design review. Se habla español, and references from past clients are available on request.
